About Fedup Francis

Greetings! Fedup Francis is a pseudonym for a mother that has been estranged from her daughter for 3 years. Going through this process she has been blessed with good friends, good counselors, and been pro-active of taking control of the situation for herself. While we can't control how our child responds, we can control our reactions. Through journaling, professional counseling, creating a support group of parents experiencing similar things, we are able to grow, get stronger, and move through much of grief and powerlessness that comes with estrangement.
